Welcome to the Kingston Junior Academy web site.

Following our move away from Faithmount, Kingston opened its doors on the 4th January, amidst great excitement from all our pupils as well as within the local area. To celebrate our opening and to reflect our future plans and ambitions, we also decided it was an ideal opportunity to change our name, hence Kingston Junior Academy.
Within just a few days of opening at our new site, our pupil numbers continued growing, resulting in our current enrolment of over 400. We are striving to update our website, as soon as possible, to reflect our progress, and shortly it will include new photos of the build, our pupils, our classroom's, our staff, our grand opening and many other news stories. Thank you to everyone who has continued to support us, either in helping finance the build, or with sponsorship of our pupils, both of which ensures our sustainability. We still have many ambitious plans to improve and grow further, and your continued generosity will ensure those plans become reality. We look forward to showing you our progress as soon as our new site is up and running. It gives me great pleasure to pass on our thanks from all pupils and staff.

‘Kingston’ is a growing, privately run primary school near Bofa, Kilifi, Kenya. The school was set up to enable local village children to gain a quality education, which without the school, would not be available to them.

The school currently provides classes from Nursery to Standard 8.

The school offers an affordable, flexible fee structure, small class sizes, qualified teachers, caring staff, and all within a safe, secure learning environment.

The school is financed via a small registered charity called ‘Kilifi Schools Education Fund’ based in the UK. The charity raises funds to provide the teaching staff as well as sponsoring deserving local children, enabling them to attend the school, which without the sponsorship would be impossible.

Please feel free to view our web pages to learn more about both ‘Faithmount’ and ‘Kilifi Schools Education Fund’. How to contact us, make a donation, become a sponsor, become a volunteer, are all included on our site.

We welcome contact from all sponsors, donors, volunteers or supporters.

Thank you and please let us have your thoughts and comments.
